Delete your account

You can delete your The Trade Pilot account and its data at any time.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number, profile picture and sign-in details (including Google sign-in).
  • Everything you did on the platform: simulated trades, positions, virtual balance, watchlists, price alerts, challenge and leaderboard progress, certificates, notifications and AI coach conversations.
  • Your address on our email list, and any marketing-contact records tied to your email.

What we keep

If you ever paid for a plan, the law requires us to keep the payment and tax record (the plan, the amount, the date and the payment reference). It holds no personal details and is no longer linked to your name or email. Nothing else is kept. See the privacy policy.

Deleting is permanent: it cannot be undone and we cannot restore the account. A paid plan that has not yet ended is not refunded; see the refund policy.

Cannot sign in?

Write to info@ssspsolutions.in from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days. The mobile app has the same option under More → Settings → Delete account.
