The Trade Pilot is a paper-trading and educational simulation platform. All trades are executed with virtual capital only. No real securities are bought or sold, and no real money is transacted through the Platform. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Market data
Market data is provided for educational purposes and may be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data and are not liable for decisions made based on it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSSP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
