Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Every account starts with a 5-day free trial. We encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate the Platform before purchasing a paid plan, since paid plans unlock digital access immediately.

2. Cancellation

Paid plans are one-time purchases for a fixed duration (for example, 30 days); they do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may choose not to renew at any time, and you can stop using the Platform whenever you wish. To close your account, email info@ssspsolutions.in.

3. Refunds

As The Trade Pilot provides immediate access to a digital service, purchases are generally non-refundable once the plan features have been used. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase:

• If you were charged in error, or charged twice for the same plan, you will receive a full refund of the erroneous charge.
• If you have not meaningfully used the paid features, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will review it in good faith.
• Refund requests outside these cases are considered on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@ssspsolutions.in from your registered email address with your order ID and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method through our payment gateway. Once approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. No real securities

The Trade Pilot is an educational simulation. Subscription fees pay for access to the learning platform only — no real securities are bought or sold, and virtual capital has no monetary value and is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
