Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information you provide: your name, age, gender, email address and, if you give it, your phone number. We ask for your age to confirm you are 18 or over, and for your gender (you can choose "Prefer not to say"); we also record when you accepted these terms and this policy. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address and profile picture Google shares with us.
• Activity on the Platform: your simulated trades, virtual balance, watchlists, alerts, challenge and leaderboard progress, the drawings you save on charts, and your preferences.
• AI coach conversations: the questions you ask the AI coach and the trade details needed to answer them.
• Payment records if you buy a plan: the plan, the amount, the status and a payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partners' own pages and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device and log information, and the pages you visit.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate and improve the Platform, and to keep your simulated account and progress.
• To personalise your experience and the AI coach's feedback.
• To process payments, send receipts and manage your plan.
• To communicate with you about your account, price alerts and important updates, by email or WhatsApp where you have given us your number.
• To measure how the Platform is used, and to show advertising to visitors and free-plan users on our public pages.
• To keep the Platform secure and prevent misuse and fraud.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and the browser's local storage for three purposes:

• Essential: keeping you signed in and remembering settings such as your chart preferences and saved drawings. The Platform does not work without these.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used and how, so we can improve them.
• Advertising: see the next section.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in from working.

4. Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads on our public pages (for example the blog and the information pages) to visitors and to users on the free plan. We do not show ads inside the trading screens, on the sign-in and payment pages, or to users on a paid plan.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

5. Who else handles your data

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Platform, and only as needed:

• Google: sign-in with Google, Google Analytics and Google AdSense.
• Payment partners (Paytm and PayPal): to take payment for paid plans.
• Brevo: to send our emails.
• WhatsApp messaging providers: to send WhatsApp messages you have opted into.
• OpenAI: to generate AI coach answers from the questions and trade details you send it.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: to store and serve the Platform.

Market prices shown on the Platform come from market-data providers; no personal information is sent to them. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account information and activity while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the delete account page or in the mobile app (More, then Settings, then Delete account); you can also write to us. We then delete your personal data. The only thing kept is the payment and tax record of a plan you bought, as the law requires; it holds no personal details and is no longer linked to your name or email.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The Platform is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed; if a change is significant we will tell you on the Platform or by email.
